Purchasing Tickets

During high volume on-sales, it can take up to 10 minutes for you to receive your ticket confirmation email. If you still have not received your order confirmation our team can look into your order. Contact Support

Unless otherwise stated on the ticketing page, the name on an order does not need to match the name of the person using the ticket.

Refunds

Issues related to refunding tickets.

We are unable to issue refunds for digital products without the prior consent of an Event Organizer, and only if the digital products that have not been used or redeemed, up to the date at which they may be used.
Please review the ticketing page for the event you are purchasing tickets for prior to completing your purchase.

Events are generally limited to a specific number of available tickets based on the events capacity. A ticket you purchased is a ticket an event organizer can't sell to someone else. This is the primary reason we require consent from the organizer before approving a refund request.

We strongly recommend contacting the event organizer (through the link on the TicketLabs event page) before reaching out to our support team. We are unable to refund an order without a direct request from an event organizer

On-Sale & Queues

Info related to ticket on-sales.

During high demand periods, and from time to time when our system detects extremely high traffic, users will be sent to a waiting room before being able to purchase tickets.

Users entering the waiting room will be placed in an ordered Queue based on the time they entered the site.

You will maintain your position in line until reaching the ticketing page, at which point you will have 10 minutes to complete your order.

Your place in line is associated with your device and browser. Using the same device and browser, head back to the ticketing queue and you will be place back in the same position you were in prior to exiting the browser.

Pub-Crawl Tickets

Info related to Pub-Crawl tickets.

If there is room remaining on the team you'd like to switch to the Event Organizer can switch your team.

To request a team change: Select Contact Organizer from the ticketing page and then Select Request Team Change from the event FAQ.

To request a T-Shirt size change: Select Contact Organizer from the ticketing page and then Select Change T-Shirt Size from the event FAQ.

T-Shirt pickup information will be available on the Event Website. TicketLabs does not have this information.
