All products are delivered digitally and instantly via the email and SMS information provided during checkout. If you do not receive your digital products instantly, please look in your SPAM folder and then contact us. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Your will be charged the currency of the country in which the event is taking place. e.g. If you are buying tickets for an event in Canada, your card will be charged in CAD.
